The Full Incense is a hold item introduced in the fourth generation Pokemon games. When held by a Pokemon, it causes that Pokemon to always attack last when using an attack with the same speed priority as the opponent's attack. For example, if a Pokemon holding a Full Incense uses "Mach Punch," and the opposing Pokemon uses "Aqua Jet," the former will move last regardless of its speed stat or any external factors such as "Trick Room." In "SoulSilver," the Full Incense allows a female Snorlax to give birth to a Munchlax instead of a standard Snorlax.

Fly to Ecruteak City. Take the east exit onto Route 42, and enter Mt. Mortar. Go through the northeastern gap, then head east and up the steps.

Use "Strength" to move the boulder aside and follow the path onto a higher platform. Head east and up the steps.

Head south and use "Rock Climb." Follow the path north to find the Full Incense.
