How to Make Snorlax in Pokemon: Soulsilver Move to Go to Digglet's Cave

Snorlax is a massive, sleepy Pokémon that blocks your path through Route 11 in "Pokémon: SoulSilver." If you want to pass this giant roadblock, you will need to find a way to wake Snorlax. Once he has been awakened, you can fight and capture him as you would any other pokémon. Snorlax is level 50, so make sure you are ready for the fight with strong pokémon and a few Ultra and Heavy pokéballs.

Instructions

  Visit Lavender Town. Inspect the Radio Tower to learn it is not operating correctly.

  Head to the Power Plant near Rock Tunnel. Speak with non-player characters (NPCs) there to find out an important machine component has been stolen.

  Run back to Cerulean City and visit the Gym. Search the Gym for the machine component. Bring the component back to the Power Plant.

  Head back to the Radio Tower once the Power Plant has been repaired. Interact with the Radio Tower and you will be given a new channel for your radio called "Poké Flute."

  Run over to Snorlax and turn your radio on. Set it to the Poké Flute channel and he will awaken from his slumber. He will attack you immediately upon waking.

  Defeat Snorlax and capture him, or run away. Once he wakes, he will disappear from the path. This is your only shot at catching a Snorlax early in the game.
