How to Get the Life Ring in Dragon Quest IX

"Dragon Quest IX" was released in 2010 for the Nintendo DS. There are many weapons, armor and accessories available for your characters to wear in "Dragon Quest IX." While many of these are found in dungeons or in shops, some can only be made through alchemy. Alchemy is the process of taking two to four items and combining them into one stronger item. The life ring can only be made through alchemy.

     Travel to Stornway.

     Enter the Stornway Inn, located to the left of the entrance to Stornway. The Inn is a large building with the word "Inn" on its front.

     Press "A" next to the alchemy pot on the large desk at the back of the inn.

     Place three resurrocks and one prayer ring into the pot.

   • 5

     Select "Yes." Your items will now be transformed into the life ring.
