How to Get TM Blizzard in SoulSilver

In "Pokémon SoulSilver," you can increase your ability to defeat your opponents by teaching your Pokémon special moves. The best moves are not only powerful; they also complement your Pokémon's type. One ideal move for Ice-type Pokémon is TM 14, Blizzard. Blizzard is the strongest Ice-type move, with a special attack power of 120. Although there is a 30% chance that Blizzard will miss an enemy, there is also a chance that the move may freeze him, making the battle much easier.

     Go to Goldenrod City and enter the department store there. The department store is the largest building in the city.

     Walk up the stairs or take the elevator to the fifth floor, where TMs are sold.

     Speak to the attendant at the counter and select "Buy." Scroll through the list that opens and select "TM 14 Blizzard."

     Use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to select the quantity you want to purchase. Each TM 14 costs 5,500 PokéDollars. Choose "Yes" to complete the purchase.
