How to Evolve Totodile on SoulSilver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" was released for the Nintendo DS in 2010. "SoulSilver" is a remake of "Pokemon Silver," released for the Game Boy in 2000. Totodile, one of the Pokemon you select at the very beginning of the game in "Silver", is also a starter Pokemon in the remake. Totodile, a water type Pokemon, evolves to Croconaw and Feraligatr when the appropriate level has been reached.

Instructions

  Place Totodile at the front of your Pokemon lineup.

  Battle wild Pokemon and other trainers using Totodile. Since Totodile is in the first slot in your lineup, he will be the first Pokemon automatically sent out to battle. Defeat enemies to earn experience, which is used to level up.

  Tap "Pokemon" on the bottom screen. Tap Totodile. The points listed next to the box "To Next Lv" are the amount of experience points Totodile needs to go up one level. Additionally, the experience points can be viewed as a bar underneath his health when he is in battle.

  Earn enough experience points to reach level 18 with your Totodile. Upon reaching level 18, he will automatically evolve into Croconaw.
