  Insert the "Pokémon: Pearl" cartridge into the Action Replay cartridge and then put the Action Replay into the Nintendo DS. Press the "On" button on the Nintendo DS to launch the Action Replay.

  Scroll down the list of video games and highlight the "Pokémon Pearl" game. Press "A" to enter the cheat codes menu. Highlight and select the "Add a New Code" option.

  Use "Master Balls" as the cheat's name and then press "A." On the next page, insert the following password: "94000130," "FCFF0000," "B21C4D28," "00000000," "B0000004," "00000000," "00000F4C," "03E70001," "D2000000" and "00000000." Press "A" and then press the "Save" button.

  Scroll down the list of cheat codes, highlight the "Master Balls" cheat code and then press "A" to permit the cheat code. Press "Start" to begin the "Pokémon Pearl" video game.

  Start the saved file on your video game and then press "L" and "R" to obtain 999 Master Balls. When this cheat is still on and you use a Master Ball, press "L" and "R" again to regain the used Master Ball.
