How to Use Code for Shadow Lugia on Pokemon Diamond

The Pokemon Diamond version for the Nintendo DS offers players challenging gameplay and an intriguing storyline that includes collecting, battling and training Pokemon to become a Pokemon Master. Although there are legendary Pokemon exclusive to the Pokemon Diamond version, Shadow Lugia is not one of them. In order to obtain this special legendary bird, you must have an Action Replay cartridge and cheat code.

  Purchase an Action Replay cartridge for the Nintendo DS console.

  Insert your Pokemon Diamond game cartridge into your Action Replay cartridge. Place the Action Replay cartridge into your Nintendo DS console.

  Start your Nintendo DS console. Press the "Cheats List" icon, which is represented by a star-shape icon located in the bottom-left of the Action Replay menu. A list of Pokemon cheats will appear.

  Scroll through the cheats list until you find the one for Shadow Lugia. Click on the cheat to load the Pokemon Diamond game. Once loaded, go to your Pokemon party and Shadow Lugia should be your starting Pokemon.
