How to Find Cresselia in Play

Cresselia is a legendary Psychic-type Pokemon introduced in the fourth-generation "Diamond," "Pearl" and "Platinum" games for the Nintendo DS. Like Mesprit, Cresselia is a roaming Pokemon that constantly changes location based on the player's movements. In battle, Cresselia is most often used as a support Pokemon due to its wide movepool, high defenses and ability to recover from damage. Players can find Cresselia in the fields of Sinnoh after acquiring the National Dex.

Instructions

  Defeat Cynthia and enter the Hall of Fame. Fill all the pages in the Sinnoh Pokedex and talk to Professor Oak to get the National Dex.

  Ride the ferry from Canalave City to Fullmoon Island. Follow the path to reach Cresselia. Talk to it, and it will disappear.

  Place a level 40 Pokemon at the head of your party and switch to the map app on the Poketch. The flashing skull symbol shows Cresselia's present location.
- 4
  Ride the Bicycle back and forth between routes with wild Pokemon under level 40 until the skull icon appears at your location. Spray any type of Repel and walk around in the grass to find Cresselia.
