How to Evolve Tangela in Diamond

"Pokemon Diamond" was released for the Nintendo DS in 2007. Many Pokemon in the game can evolve into stronger forms. For instance, Tangela, a grass type, can evolve into Tangrowth, who is also a grass type but has higher attributes overall. However, Tangela does not evolve the same way as other Pokemon. In order for Tangela to evolve, it must first learn the move Ancientpower.

Instructions

- 1
  Tap "Pkmn" on the bottom screen. Place Tangela in the first slot of your Pokemon lineup to ensure that it gets all the experience from battling.

  Battle wild Pokemon and other trainers to gain experience. The experience Tangela needs to earn for each level is displayed under its name when in battle.
- 3
  Earn enough experience until Tangela reaches level 33. It will then learn the move Ancientpower.
- 4
  Gain a level once Tangela has learned Ancientpower. The next time Tangela gains a level, it will automatically evolve to Tangrowth.
