How to Get Ampharos in SoulSilver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" is a role-playing game with hundreds of collectible characters. The creatures are called Pokemon and they resemble real animals and mythological beasts. The Ampharos is a kangaroo-like Pokemon that emits immense amounts of light as its primary attack and defense. The player cannot catch one. Instead, he must catch a Flaaffy. By putting the Flaaffy in his party and giving it battle experience, it will eventually evolve into a full-grown Ampharos.

Instructions

- 1
  Travel to Route 42 or 43. Route 42 is east of Ecruteak City and west of Mahogany Town. Route 43 is north of Mahogany Town.

  Wander around one of these routes until you encounter a Flaaffy.

  Attack the Flaaffy until its health meter is yellow or red, then throw pokeballs at it until you capture it.

  Place the Flaaffy in the front of your party.

  Wander around Route 42 or 43. Fight random battles until the Flaaffy is level 17.
- 6
  Proceed to Route 45 and fight random battles until your Flaaffy is level 25. Route 45 is north of Blackthorn City.
- 7
  Go to Route 27, which is east of New Bark Town. Fight random battles until the Flaaffy reaches level 30. At this point, it will evolve into an Ampharos.
