Instructions
Go through the Center entrance of Mt. Mortar and once inside, you will be able to surf. Surf all the way north to reach a waterfall and once there, use the Waterfall move to scale it. Go through the northern cave.
Surf northeast to fight Super Nerd Hugh. Keep going east and head down south, crossing two more ponds until you reach the eastern wall.
Once at the eastern wall, swim to the center of the center pond and go west, jumping a ledge along the way. Go through another pond taking a northern route then jump south over a ledge. Loop north once again.
When you start walking again, head east, and when you reach another pond surf north. Pick up the escape rope on the rocky ledge as you'll need it to get out later on. Surf northeast until you reach the northern wall.
Jump a few ledges until you reach a pond. Swim across the pond and go down to the lower cave. The ladder heading down can be found northwest of the pond.
Once in the lower cave, head east and climb down the eastern stairway. Then head south and go up a rock platform to walk southwest. Go down the ladder to the basement.
When you see the first stairway head down and go east. Once you descend the long eastern stairway, you'll find your Black Belt challenge, Master Kiyo, waiting. Beat him to receive a Level 10 Tyrogue, which can evolve into one of three different mighty Fighting Pokemon.
