Instructions
Flab Zone
Proceed through the game until you reach the Flab Zone. The pinkish floor is springy.
Push "A" to jump with Mario and "B" to jump with Luigi. They'll perform a standard jump. When they land on the intestinal floor, they'll automatically bounce back up.
Press the jump button just as a character starts to bounce back up. He'll jump even higher. Each time you successfully time a jump, you'll add height and speed to the character's leap.
Getting a Jump Helmet
Proceed to the second screen of the Flab Zone. Hit the block to get the first Attack Piece.
Continue forward until you enter a room with lots of pipes. Enter the upper-right pipe. Proceed right until you find a low-hanging box. Hit it and a counter will appear. Hit it at least 15 times to get four Attack Pieces.
Head right and then go into the right-most pipe. Hit the box next to the save point. It's another counter box. Hit it 15 times to get another four Attack Pieces.
Enter the green pipe to the right. Proceed left until you find a strange lump on the ground. Push the "R" button to select the hammer, and then hold down the "A" or "B" button to attack the lump, unleashing a tornado.
Push the "R" button again to select the Spin Jump. Push "A" and "B" to leap into the tornado. Continue Spin Jumping left until you find the final Attack Piece block. Hit it to earn the Jump Helmet.
Using a Jump Helmet
Push the "R" button to select the Jump Helmet. Luigi will equip the Jump Helmet, which looks like a turtle shell with a spring on top. Mario jumps onto the spring, flying into the air.
Position Luigi using the direction pad. You want him to stand beneath Mario so that Mario lands on the Jump Helmet spring.
Push "A" just as Mario lands on the spring. This time, he jumps even higher into the air. Repeat this. With every leap, Mario gets higher. The higher he gets, the more damage he delivers when he lands on an enemy.
