Nintendo released "Pokemon: SoulSilver" in 2010. As with other "Pokemon" games, the player's main antagonist in "SoulSilver" is Team Rocket. Late in the game, Team Rocket takes over Goldenrod City and hijacks the radio station. In order to liberate the air waves, the player must infiltrate their ranks and destroy them from within. First, however, he needs to get a Team Rocket uniform for himself. He can find one nearby in the tunnels beneath the city.

Play through the main quest until Team Rocket takes over Goldenrod City.

Travel to Goldenrod City, which is south of Route 35 and north on Route 34.

Enter the Goldenrod Tunnel, which is in the southern end of the city, by the Game Corner.

Walk to the northern end of the tunnel. You'll find a Team Rocket grunt there. Talk with him, and he'll dress you in a Team Rocket uniform.
