How to Use DSi Points Cards

Nintendo Points Cards can be redeemed on a Nintendo DSi console to get DSi points. Nintendo DSi points can be used to purchase content, such as DSiWare games, from the DSi shop channel. The cards themselves come in denominations of 1000, 2000 and 3000 points. To redeem a points card you must have your Nintendo DSi console connected to the Internet and have the code on the Nintendo Points Card close to hand.

     Turn on your Nintendo DSi console.

     Click on the Nintendo DSi shop icon on the main menu screen and select "Start Shopping".

     Click on "Add Nintendo DSi Points", then "Redeem Nintendo Points Card".

     Enter the number on your Nintendo Points Card into the "Nintendo Points Card Activation Number" field.

     Press "OK" and select "Redeem" to register the points. Press "OK" again.
