How to Catch Leafeon & Glaceon in Platinum

Nintendo released "Pokemon: Platinum" in 2009. Like other "Pokemon" games, "Platinum" revolves around capturing and breeding anime-style monsters called Pokemon. Leafeon and Glaceon are obscure Pokemon that you cannot capture in the wild. Instead, you have to evolve them from the flexible Eevee. Depending on where and how you level up the Eevee, it will transform into one of seven creatures. Both Leafeon and Glaceon are acquired by evolving Eevee while fighting near unique stones.

Instructions

Breed Eevees

  Travel to Hearthome City, which is in the middle of Sinnoh. Get there by traveling east on Route 208, west on Route 209 or north on Route 212.

  Save the game and then go to Bebe's house, which is next to the Hearthome Pokemon Center. Speak with her to get an Eevee. If it's male, restart the game and return to her house to get another Eevee. Once you have a female Eevee, save the game again.

  Place the female Eevee in a daycare with a male Grass Egg Group Pokemon, such as the Arbok or Nuzleaf.

  Walk around. After several thousand steps, the Eevee will lay an egg. If you have the Poketech Daycare App, then turn it on. It will notify you when an egg is ready.

  Return to the daycare and take the egg. Walk around some more. After several thousand more steps, the egg will hatch and you'll have an Eevee at Level 1.

  Breed as many Eevees as you want. If you want all the Eevee evolutions, breed at least seven. If you only want Leafeon and Glaceon, two are enough.
Leafeon

  Place a Level 1 Eevee in your party, preferably behind a stronger Pokemon. Give it the EXP Share so that it still gets experience even when it is not involved in combat. You can get the EXP Share from Rowan's assistant on Route 206.

  Travel to Eterna Forest, which is west on Route 205.

  Head northwest from the entrance. You'll find a moss-covered rock. Walk in circles around it.

  Defeat enemies as they pop up. After enough victories, Eevee will gain a level. So long as you're near the moss-covered rock, when Eevee gains this level it becomes a Leafeon.
Glaceon

  Place a Level 1 Eevee in your party, preferably behind a stronger Pokemon. Give it the EXP Share so that it still gets experience even when it isn't involved in combat. You can get the EXP Share from Rowan's assistant on Route 206.

  Travel to Route 217, which is north of Route 216.

  Head to the northeast corner of the map, south of the tree line. You'll find a ice-covered rock there. Walk in circles around it.

  Defeat enemies as they pop up. After Eevee gains enough experience, it will level up, evolving into a Glaceon.
