Action replay codes are cheats that unlock Pokemon and can provide you additional hit points and abilities. Once you have Action Replace Code Manager installed, you can input a code to unlock the Shadow Lugia Pokemon.

     Connect a USB cable to your Nintendo DS.

     Connect the other end of the USB cable to your computer.

     Run the Action Replay Code Manager Program.

     Turn on your Nintendo DS. Action Replay will state it recognizes your Pokemon game.

     Click "Code Select."

     Select the Shadow Lugia code from the list.

     Press "Start" to launch the game with Shadow Lugia now unlocked.
