Instructions
Copy CDs to iTunes.
Open iTunes on your computer. See Resources for the free iTunes installation software.
Insert a music CD into your computer's CD drive.
Click your CD's name in the left "Source" column. The CD's songs appear in the main panel.
Click "Import CD" on the top-right of iTunes. The songs copy to iTunes.
Convert Songs to ACC Format
Run iTunes.
Click the "Albums" list under "Library" in the left "Source" column. A list of your albums appears, including the CDs you recently transferred to iTunes.
Hold the "Ctrl" key (or the Apple key on a Mac) and click each song you want to play on the DSi.
Right-click any of the selected songs and click "Convert ACC Version." The highlighted songs convert to ACC, which is the compatible file format for the DSi.
Load to SD Card
Insert the SD card into your computer's SD card reader slot.
Open your computer's iTunes music folder. Locate the iTunes folder in your PC's "Music" folder, or locate the folder on your Mac's desktop.
Open the SD card's folder, located in the "Computer" folder on your PC or desktop on your Mac.
Drag-and-drop each ACC music file from the iTunes "Music" folder to the SD card's drive. The songs transfer to the SD card.
Disconnect the SD card from your computer when the transfer completes.
Play Music on the DSi
Plug the SD card into your DSi's memory card slot on the device's right side.
Turn on the DSi.
Tap the music icon from the main menu.
Tap "Play with your music" from the "Music" menu.
Tap the SD card icon and tap a song to begin playback.
