How to Change Your Eevee in SoulSilver

Stones

  Use a Water Stone item on your Eevee to change it into Vaporeon, its water-based form.

  Apply a Thunder Stone to the Pokemon to turn Eevee into its electric form, which is called Jolteon.

  Give Eevee a Fire Stone to make it evolve into Flareon, the Pokemon's fire-based iteration.

Happiness

  Increase you Eevee's level of happiness to make the Pokemon change. You can do this in a number of ways. Keep the Pokemon in your party, feed it vitamins, give it a massage or use the Soothe Bell item to increase Eevee's happiness attribute. Increase your Eevee's happiness attribute all the way up to 220.

  Use the Eevee in battle or feed it a Rare Candy item to increase its level, or level up.

  Level up your Eevee between the in-game hours of 4 a.m. and 8 p.m. to change the Pokemon into Espeon, its psychic form.

  Level up the Pokemon during the nighttime hours, between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m., to make your Eevee evolve into its dark-type form, known as Umbreon.
