How to Get to Parchment Desert on Fossil Fighters

The Parchment Desert becomes available to Vivosaur fans at the end of "Fossil Fighters" for the Nintendo DS. Once you finally reach the desert, the sonar you have used to locate fossils for the entire game stops working due to the extreme heat. To enjoy the Parchment Desert area fully, you will have already found and planted four Oasis Seeds that are scattered in the game before venturing into this dusty wilderness. Rare and exotic Vivosaur fossils, such as Allo, Smilo and T-Rex, are waiting to be recovered in the hot sands.

     Enter the crashed spaceship located on the Secret Island area.

     Walk through the winding hallways until you reach the end.

   • 3

     Confront and defeat Dynal in a Vivosaur battle and then defeat the Gunash monster's three brains in a heated Vivosaur battle.

     Watch the ending credits and reload your saved game. This procedure will unlock the Parchment Desert for fossil collection and exploration.
