The Vibes
Vibes are a feature unique to "Super Princess Peach." They allow you to control the princess's emotional state. You can make her happy, sad, angry or calm, and each state produces unique effects. For instance, crying on a beansprout will make it grow into a beanstalk, which you can then climb. Meanwhile, a calm princess slowly regains lost health. There's a catch, however. The princess has limited emotional strength, represented by her vibe meter. If it runs out, then she won't be able to use any of these powers until she refills its. Typically, you do this by gathering vibe crystals, though there's also a secret secondary approach: Stomp on a monster and then pick it up. Peach will feed it to her umbrella, gaining vibes in the process.
Easy Money
When a goomba, a mushroom-shaped enemy, is killed with a koopa shell, it turns into a gold coin. To make easy money, you can stomp a koopa and grab his shell. Travel through the map until you see a line of goombas. Throw the shell at them. After killing the goombas, the shell will continue to roll forward. Chase after it. Do not let it leave the screen. When it hits a wall, it will bounce back the way it came. Jump over it. If you traveled far enough, the goombas will have regenerated, and the shell will kill them again. Continue to follow the shell back and forth to get easy money. When you complete the level, go to the shop. With your gold, you can purchase new abilities.
Bowser Fight I
Bowser is the main villain in most Mario titles, including "Super Princess Peach." You will square off against him twice at the end of the game. Each battle plays differently. In the first, your only offense is your umbrella. The trick is to wait until he charges. As soon as he's close, jump and swing your umbrella at the same time. You'll hit him and leap over his attack simultaneously. You have to perform this sequence four times to remove a single heart. Once he's down to three hearts, he'll start throwing fireballs at you. Dodge them and wait for his next charge.
Bowser Fight II
After you defeat Bowser, he'll regenerate, and this time he's even bigger. Your umbrella attack is useless against his thick hide, but fortunately he gives you a new weapon: bombs. They appear when Bowser stomps. Grab them by walking over them. Wait a second for their fuse to shorten and then throw them at Bowser. If you time it correctly, they will explode just as they make contact. After you've hurt him several times, he'll surround himself in a bubble. This bubble will heal him. Use Peach's anger vibe to destroy the bubble before Bowser regains his health.
