Things You'll Need
Instructions
Turn on your Nintendo DS. Insert the included SD card in the slot on the top of the unit and use the touch screen to select "System Settings" from the main menu.
Select data management from the list of options that appear in the menu. All of the games you have on your DS's drive will then appear in a list.
Select the game you would like to save to your SD card. Select "Copy" when prompted.
Touch "Yes" when asked if you would like to copy to SD card. Wait for the status bar on screen to inform you when the game is finished copying.
Remove the SD card from the DS's slot and insert it into the SD card slot on your computer. If your computer doesn't have an SD card slot, you can purchase an external slot from your local computer store. These external slots connect easily to your computer via USB cable.
Click on the SD card icon when it appears on your computer's desktop. Drag and drop the game file from the SD card onto your computer's desktop. The game file will then copy to your computer.
