How to Make the Safari Lady Talk On HeartGold

The Safari Lady is a character in "Pokemon HeartGold," located in The Safari Zone just west of Cianwood. When you first enter this area you will encounter this character in the upper right shop of the map. She will not speak to you. Rather than engaging in conversation, the dialogue reads "............(I am not a talker.)" You can trigger a new mesesage from her once you have completed a few steps in the zone.

Instructions

  Enter The Safari Zone to automatically receive 30 Safari Bells.

  Enter a new area and ring the Safari Bell to call forth a Pokemon from the area. Engage in battle and capture it.
- 3
  Repeat the process in all six areas of the Safari Zone map. Once you have captured a Pokemon from each area, return to the Safari Lady and press the "A" button to engage her in conversation. She will congratulate you for your victories and if you thank her, she will provide you with ten Poke Balls.
