How to Transfer DS Games From a PC

Nintendo designed the DS handheld console to load and play games from special SD micro disks. While older versions of the DS were compatible with some aftermarket SD drives, newer revisions of the console are not as user friendly and make it difficult to transfer game files with common SD flash cards. Nintendo offers a USB wireless adapter with which you can stream photos or music to the DS. Nevertheless, the wireless adapter is not compatible with game file transfers. Many developers now offer "homebrew" (or homemade) Nintendo DS games on the Internet free of charge. To transfer and play the games, however, you will need a special type of SD card that is compatible with both the DS and a PC.
