How to Finish Using Soul Surge on the Ground in Sonic the Hedgehog

"Sonic and the Black Knight" follows the story of Sonic the Hedgehog as he battles his way through Camelot. Compared to other Sonic games, which focus on speed and maneuverability, this one features a more robust combat system. Sonic wields a sword, which the player controls via the Wii remote. He can perform several maneuvers with the sword, the most powerful of which employ a Soul Surge. When the game first introduces this maneuver, it assigns the player a mission to perform 10 Soul Surges while on the ground.

     Proceed through Camelot Castle, until you reach the blacksmith. He gives you a sword and teaches you how to use it. His first lesson involves using the Soul Surge while on the ground.

     Push the B button to activate Soul Surge.

   • 3

     Shake the Wii remote as soon as you see a target appear. This causes Sonic to execute the Soul Surge strike.

   • 4

     Repeat this 10 times to finish the mission.
