How to Hook a Wii to a Samsung LED HDTV

The Nintendo Wii console can be connected to a Samsung LED HDTV using the supplied Wii AV cable. Samsung LED HDTV's have multiple inputs, including composite, component and HDMI. The Wii AV cable will connect to the television using the composite video inputs and the RCA audio inputs. You can connect the console to the Samsung using an optional Wii component cable.

Instructions

      Connect the AV Multi Out end of the Wii AV cable to the AV Multi Out port on the rear of the Wii console.

      Connect the yellow RCA video plug into the yellow video input on the Samsung TV.

      Connect the red RCA audio plug into the red audio input on the Samsung TV.

      Connect the white audio plug into the white audio input on the Samsung TV.

      Turn on the Samsung TV. Select the input source that corresponds to the inputs used for the Wii AV cable.

      Turn on the Wii.
