How to Get Through the Utilidor in Epic Mickey

Disney's "Epic Mickey" video game for the Wii features Mickey Mouse as he explores the magical world known as Wasteland. Armed with a paintbrush, Mickey either paints objects into existence or makes them disappear by spraying paint thinner. Using either substance invariably changes the outcome of the game and dictates what path he takes through Wasteland. The player first learns how to use paint and thinner in Utilidor III, a long corridor that leads to the entrance of Dark Beauty Castle.

Instructions

  Walk along the corridor, tapping "B" to paint the walls or "Z" to spray thinner. Press and hold "B" or "Z" to use more paint or thinner.

  Approach the door with three gears and paint the middle gear to open it. Continue along the hallway to a pit of acid with another door on the other side.

  Use thinner to dissolve the brightly colored frame around the door and drop it across the acid pit.

  Cross the bridge and go through the doorway. Throw paint on the rocks blocking the way, causing them to fall into the pit.
- 5
  Paint the floor into existence, and walk across it to the exit.
