Press the ̶0;2̶1; button on your Wii Remote to cycle through the available spells until you come to Harry̵7;s invisibility cloak. Press the ̶0;Z̶1; button to put the cloak on.
Sneak up on the moving book in the center of the room. When you get close enough to the book, press ̶0;C̶1; to attack it. When you attack the book, Harry automatically takes off the cloak, so you need to put it back on to continue.
Continue down the center aisle of the library and head to the top-right corner of the room. You will see a second moving book. Sneak up on it and press ̶0;C̶1; to attack it when you are close enough. After finishing off the second book, you can leave the invisibility cloak off.
Walk up to the cauldron in the top-right corner of the room and use the levitation spell to float it into the air and into position by the door. Find the levitation spell by pressing ̶0;2̶1; to cycle through your available spells and using ̶0;Z̶1; to cast the spell. When the cauldron is in place, you will see that you need three items to make the needed potion: a red piece, yellow flowers and a blue piece.
Head to the left side of the room and shoot a spell at the desk by pressing the ̶0;B̶1; button. A bunch of coins for you to collect, along with the broken pieces of a book, come out of the desk when you do so. Use the levitation spell to reassemble the book and place it in the hands of the statue next to the desk.
Use the levitation spell to raise the book on the floor so that you can jump onto the balcony. Once up there, use the levitation spell to float the lit candle to the iced wall to melt it. It reveals the hidden blue piece for the potion. Press ̶0;Z̶1; to pick it up. Jump back down and place the ingredient into the cauldron.
Go back over to the right side of the room and use the levitation spell again to raise the book the statue is holding. This allows you to get onto the balcony. Use ̶0;B̶1; to shoot spells at the flower boxes to reveal the yellow flower needed for the potion. Use ̶0;Z̶1; to pick it up and dump it in the cauldron.
Return to the right-side balcony and shoot spells at the bookcase to knock it down. It will reveal an opening in the wall and the red piece. Pick it up and return to the cauldron to dump it in. The finished potion will blow open the door. Enter the second room of this level.
Turn left and, using the ̶0;B̶1; button, shoot spells at the piles of books on the floor. They will move out of the way revealing a blue puzzle piece needed to open the gate further down. Use ̶0;Z̶1; to pick it up and float it down to the gate further down on the left. When you get to the gate, press ̶0;Z̶1; to put it in place. Do the same with the other two gate pieces lying on the floor next to the gate. The gate will open to reveal a green key needed to open the door to the Restricted Section of the library. Use ̶0;Z̶1; to pick the key up and float it to the locked door further down on the left.
Go through the doorway and shoot a spell at the pile of books blocking the opening to a tube in the center of the room. Switch to Ron by pressing the ̶0;C̶1; button and then press ̶0;2̶1; to cycle through Ron̵7;s spells until you get to his pet rat Scabbers. Send Scabbers up the tube to knock down the piece you need to open the door. Use the levitation spell to put the piece into place and open the door.
Go through the door to enter the last room of the Restricted Section level. Head down the stairs and go over to the left side of the room and shoot the Lumos spell at the green plant sticking out of the entryway. Two bats will fly out of the entryway and will land on the sides of the mirror in the center of the room.
Shoot a spell using the ̶0;B̶1; button at each of the bats to cause them to roll up the curtain hiding the mirror. Once the mirror is revealed, a cut scene will play out ending the level.
