How to Find Ventriloquist & Scarface in Lego Batman

Head to the Penguin's Lair to assemble the blue block machine in front with the three blue pieces scattered around the entrance. Crawl through the chute created by the block machine with Robin, then assemble the penguin in the next scene. Glide across the gap with Alfred, then assemble the penguin on the other side of the gap. Enter the gate.

Find the switch in the next area, then assemble a grapple point. Grapple with Batman, then stand on the switch and your partner will do the same. Switch to Robin, assemble the chute, then enter the chute. Enter the room with the four switches.

Assemble the first switch to the north, then glide across with Alfred and activate the second switch. Head south, then put together the parts for a hatch. Crawl through with Robin and pull the switch. Change to Batman, then use the grapple point to reach the third switch. Glide across to the middle with Alfred, smash the chest, then pull the final switch. The water will freeze in this area and open the door to the north, where Ventriloquist and Scarface are waiting.
