How to Control an RC-XD with the Wii Zapper

The Wii Zapper is a special attachment designed to make shooting games such as "Call of Duty: Black Ops" more ergonomically pleasing for players. When using the Wii Zapper, the configuration for how you hold the control changes, but the button layout does not. When you obtain an RC-XD (the explosive remote-control car), you must use the same controls as you would if you were using the Wiimote and Nunchuk attachment setup to operate the vehicle.

Instructions

  Press and hold down the "A" button to make the car accelerate. You may also tap the "C" button on the Nunchuk to gain a temporary boost to speed.

  Control the direction of the RC-XD with the thumb stick on the Nunchuk attachment. This works to turn the car left and right while accelerating.

  Release the "A" button, and hold down the "Z" button to go in reverse. While going in reverse, you can use the thumb stick to steer the car, though the directions will be reversed, similar to driving in a real car.

  Pull the trigger on the Wii Zapper to detonate the car while you are near an enemy. The car will self-detonate after 30 seconds.
