Spray paint thinner across the section of the metal ball that looks like a circular door. Inside, you will see a ledge on the inside of the ball. Jump onto the ledge. The metal ball will float up to other ledges made up of piping. Walk along the piping and then walk up a ramp to reach higher ground.
Pick up the yellow E-ticket. Look around for a Power Pad. Find the pad and then drop a television onto it. A crane will begin to move a platform. Jump over to that platform when it comes close to you. Look to the right when you make it to the platform. You should be able to see some black pipes coming from a large glass wall.
Double-jump over to the black piping. The gap is quite large, so a double-jump is needed. Press ̶0;A̶1; to jump again when you are already in mid-air to perform a double jump. Look down and to the left when you reach the black piping. Look specifically for a ledge on the inside of the glass wall. Make sure you know the general location of the ledge, because you will be aiming for it in a moment.
Drop off the black pipes to the left hand side. Keep your eye out as you are falling for a hole in the glass wall. This can be found roughly at the same level as the ledge that you looked for earlier. Press ̶0;A̶1; to jump in mid-air when you see the hole. Jump into the hole to land onto the ledge. Make your way across the floating platforms inside the glass wall to reach Gremlin Delta.
Get Gremlin Delta to switch off a generator for you. Alternatively, you can collect some TV sketches from him, but getting the generator switched off is the better option, according to IGN.
