How to Get Past the Slobber in Epic Mickey

Toward the end of Tomorrow City -- one of the levels in "Epic Mickey" for the Nintendo Wii -- you visit the Carousel of Progress, where you encounter a new mini-boss type of enemy called the Slobber. This is a large, shadowy creature with a massive mouth. As with most creatures in the game, you can kill Slobbers with paint or thinner. However, you must strategically time your attacks on Slobbers. Simply shooting them with either weapon will not harm them.

     Run away from the Slobber, and watch his attack pattern. If he chases after you, you've run too far. Let him catch up, but watch out for his suction attack.

     Run off to any side, when he starts inhaling. He will almost always shoot thinner at you before he starts inhaling, so watch for this signal.

     Shoot paint or thinner down the Slobber's throat. Fire a steady stream of paint or thinner until he starts coughing. Repeat this pattern four times to kill the Slobber.
