Instructions
Lay the resistance band horizontally on a flat surface.
Hold the black strap in a vertical position and have the larger black loop facing you. Lift up one end of the resistance band and place the black strap underneath it. Position the black strap approximately three inches from the end of the resistance band.
Fold the large black loop over the top of the resistance band and slide it into the small loop on the opposite end of the black strap.
Pull the large black loop in an upward motion through the small loop to create a knot. Tighten the knot by pulling up on the large black loop and pressing down on the small loop. Repeat the entire process to assemble the additional black strap on the opposite end of the resistance band.
