How to Kill the Sub Boss in Spongebob's Truth or Square

"SpongeBob's Truth or Square" follows SpongeBob SquarePants on his search for the lost Krabby Patty formula. Along the way, he enlists the help of his friends and neighbors in Bikini Bottom to find items and progress through the game. At the end of the second level where SpongeBob is on a quest to meet the squirrel Sandy Cheeks, you must defeat a robot with a submarine on its head. This boss looks formidable but can be taken down.

Instructions

- 1
  Run around the outer perimeter of the battle area, avoiding the boss's saw-hand attacks. Wait for the boss to pound its head on the ground three times. After the third hit, the submarine gets stuck in the ground.

  Run to the back of the boss and hit the exposed target. Run away after you hit the target because the boss's head will become unstuck and the boss starts attacking you again.
- 3
  Repeat Steps 1 and 2 two more times to defeat the submarine-headed boss. You will receive coins and the Sandy's Iced Tea Glass happiness object for home decoration. A cut scene follows your victory, in which SpongeBob meets Sandy Cheeks.
