Instructions
On Your Computer
Click on the folder on your desktop labeled "GeckoOS" and press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys to copy it.
Double-click on the folder that you have extracted and then double-click again on the folder labeled "apps." Press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the "GeckoOS" folder into this folder.
Click on the "x" in the top left of the "apps" window to close it and to return to your desktop.
Download "Pothsprojects 4_3_fix.rar" to your desktop.
Right-click on the icon for "Pothsprojects 4_3_fix.rar" and choose the "Extract Here" option from the menu that appears.
Click and drag over all of the files that you have just extracted from the "Pothsprojects 4_3_fix.rar" file to select these files (which include "BootMii"). Press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys simultaneously to copy all of these files.
Put an empty SD card into your SD card reader. Click on "Show Folder" when the drive is detected and a dialog box appears. This will open a window that will show the contents of your SD card.
Press the "Ctrl" and "V" keys simultaneously to paste all of your copied files onto your SD card.
Download the file "MLX's Final Custom Brawl Texture Pack" to your desktop.
Right-click on the file "MLX's Final Custom Brawl Texture Pack.rar" on your desktop and choose the "Extract" option from the menu that appears.
Open the folder that you have just extracted (this will open a second window). Press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys to copy the folder called "codes."
Click on the window displaying your SD card's contents to open it and press the "Ctrl" and "V" keys to paste the "codes" folder here.
Choose the window labeled "MLX's Final Custom Brawl Texture Pack" and go through the "private," "Wii," "app," and "rsbe" folders. Click and drag over all of the folders here and press "Ctrl" and "C" to copy these folders.
Select the SD card window and go through the "private," "Wii," "app" and "rsbe" folders. Press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the copied folders here.
Click on the window for the "MLX's Final Custom Brawl Texture Pack" folder and click the "Back" button until you are at its first level again. This level is labeled "MLX's Final Custom Brawl Texture Pack."
Double click on the "MyMusic Unchanged (Read the Readme)" folder to open it.
Click on the "mu_menumain.pac" file and press "Ctrl" and "C" to copy it.
Open the window that shows the contents of your SD card, and go through the "private," "Wii," "app," "rsbe" and "pfmenu2" folders. Press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste "mu_menumain.pac" here, and choose "Okay" or "Replace" when asked if you want to replace the existing file.
Click on the red "x" in the top corner of the window that is displaying your SD card's contents.
Right click on the "external drive" icon in the far right of your system tray and choose the option "Safely Remove Hardware." Pull your SD card out of its drive when your computer tells you that it is safe to do so.
On Your Wii
Insert the SD card into your Nintendo Wii.
Turn on your Nintendo Wii and insert your copy of "Super Smash Bros. Brawl."
Choose the "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" channel to run the game.
Select the "Vault" and then the "Stage Builder" options to load BootMii.
Choose the "APPS" folder from the menu that appears.
Move the cursor down to "Gecko1931" and press the "A" button to select this folder. Repeat this process to select the proper file.
Press the "A" button to select "DOL" and press the button again to select "MAIN.DOL" to start GeckoOS.
Choose "Launch Game" from the GeckoOS menu. This will run "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" with your new textures in effect.
