- To get a discounted rate on a Wii charger, consider buying it used at a reputable pawn broker or flea market. If someone needs money quickly, he may take his Wii, games and accessories to a pawn broker. Visit a pawn shop that carries a vast array of video game-related systems and accessories to see if it has a used charger.

- Typically, you can buy Wii chargers at any electronics or department store that sells the Wii gaming system and other video game systems and accessories. If you are unsure of whether or not a retailer carries Wii accessories such as the controller chargers, call the store and inquire.
