How to Make Pascal Come to Town in Animal Crossing: City Folk

"Animal Crossing: City Folk" is a life simulation where your character lives and works in the city. A new special character, a red sea otter named Pascal, does not live among your character or neighbors. Instead, he appears randomly and without warning. If you find Pascal and talk to him, he'll jump into the river and float toward the sea. Pascal cannot be forced to come to town, but you can look for clues to make him easier to find.

     Turn on the game every morning from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. Pascal only shows up during this time period.

     Walk around and talk to the villagers. It will not be officially announced when Pascal is in town, but the villagers will mention him if he's around.

     Check each town bridge to see if Pascal is there. He stands on the bridge only once a week and has a brown nose and a yellow muzzle. He also wears a beanie hat and a shell necklace.
