How to Use USB Loader Without SNEEK

Before USB Loader GX was introduced, SNEEK was used to launch backed-up Wii games. Using SNEEK, though it's brilliant technology, was difficult for some gamers who were not used to the likes of command-prompt computing. Games needed to be first converted into a format that SNEEK could accept and load and then launched using the Wii. USB Launcher GX removes all of the technical aspects of SNEEK and makes loading your Wii backup games almost as easy as inserting a game disk into the Wii's drive.

Instructions

  Insert the storage device that is holding all of your Nintendo Wii games. This can be an SD card, USB flash drive or external hard drive.

  Insert your hand into the Wii controller's hand strap. This is necessary for safety precautions.

  Select the "USB Loader GX" tile on the Nintendo Wii home screen. USB Loader GX starts on the Wii.

  Select the game you want to play using the USB Loader GX Wii program. A disk graphic comes up on the screen.

  Press the "2" button on the Wii controller to start the game.

  Press the "A" and "B" buttons simultaneously to dismiss the safety notice on the screen. The Wii game backup is now running on the Wii without the use of SNEEK.
