Things You'll Need
Instructions
Take a Body Test to check your fitness level and learn your Wii Fit Age. Stand on the Balance Board. The software calculates your body mass index, or BMI. After you take a balance test, you see your Wii Fit Age.
Go to My Wii Fit Plus Home, and select "Wii Fit Plus Routines." Select an area to improve, such as Health, Form, Youth or Lifestyle. You receive an exercise plan that focuses on the selected area. If you want to put together your own workout, select "My Routine."
View your score when you finish a workout. The software records it if it is one of the top 10 scores. Use this as a guide to track your improving performance.
Select "Graph" on the Calendar screen to see your stats and progress. Select "Fit Credits" and then "Activity Log" to enter data for exercises done outside of "Wii Fit Plus." If you carry a pedometer and know how many steps you take in a day, enter that information here to see its effect on your fitness level.
Try different exercises occasionally to work out different parts of your body. Activities like yoga relax you and tone muscle, and jogging in place helps your posture and improves your cardiovascular health.
