How to Enter the Golden Temple of Donkey Kong Returns

In "Donkey Kong Country Returns," Donkey and his best friend, Diddy, take on the Tiki Tak Tribe to restore peace to their tropical island home. After you beat the last boss, Donkey and Diddy find the entrance to an ancient Golden Temple. To open the door, you must find each set of K-O-N-G letters hidden in every level. When you collect all of the letters in a world, a secret level appears on the map. You can find an orb in all of the secret levels, and with eight orbs, the door to the Golden Temple opens.

Instructions

- 1
  Load any level, excluding boss levels. Search for and pick up each K-O-N-G letter. Some letters are clearly visible; others are hidden in secret rooms.

  Collect every K-O-N-G letter in every level of a world to unlock a secret Temple level. These secret levels are much more difficult than normal levels. To prepare yourself, go to Cranky's Shop to buy extra lives, hearts or Banana Juice, a drink that increases your defense.

  Reach the end of all eight secret levels to collect orbs. When you get the eighth orb, the entrance to World 9 appears on the map.
- 4
  Select World 9 from the map. The orbs you collected combine to form a portal. Donkey Kong and Diddy leap into the portal and go to the Golden Temple.
