How to Turn on the Wiimote

Your Nintendo Wii console uses motion-sensing technology to bring you a truly interactive gaming experience. A sensor bar, connected to the Wii, picks up on movements that you make while holding the Wii Remote. If you set up the Wii, but the Wii Remote will not turn on, you need to sync it to the console first. Syncing a Wii Remote takes a few seconds and, once syncing is complete, the Remote can be turned on with the press of a button.
