"Animal Crossing: City Folk" is the third game in the Animal Crossing series. One action you must complete is clearing weeds to make room for buildings or crops. When you do this, you can turn weeds into bells to purchase additional items for your city. Though this is a cheat with the game, keep in mind that you must have certain modifications downloaded on your system. Some DS consoles are secured so you cannot make this adjustment.

Walk over to the weeds.

Stand over the weeds.

Hold the "Left" and "Right" buttons at the same time and wait for the weeds to turn into bells.
