How to Use Ocarina Cheats in uLoader

"uLoader" is a custom firmware for the Nintendo Wii home gaming system. It allows the user to run homebrew and user-made files on a Wii system. "Ocarina" is a cheat program that can be used to alter the code of Wii games. Ocarina is completely software-based and requires a custom firmware in order to function properly: uLoader has built-in functionality with Ocarina. Setting up Ocarina in uLoader can be completed in a matter of minutes.

  Power on the Wii gaming system.

  Highlight "Homebrew Channel" from the Wii main menu and press "A" on the Wii remote.

  Highlight "Ocarina" from the Homebrew Channel main menu and press "A."

  Locate the cheat codes you wish to enable from the Ocarina main menu. The menu is organized by game title. If you cannot find the game you wish to use cheats with, select "Find New Codes" from the list of options along the bottom of the screen. Note that you will need to have your Wii connected to an active wireless internet connection for this feature to work. Highlight any codes you wish to use and press "A" to activate them. When you are satisfied, press the "+" button to save the codes to your Wii. Exit Ocarina.

  Highlight "uLoader" from the Homebrew Channel menu and press "A" to load it.

  Insert the Wii game disc you wish to use into the Wii System.

  Highlight "Ocarina" and press "Left" on the directional pad to toggle Ocarina from "Off" to "On." This will enable any cheats you selected in Ocarina.

  Highlight "Load Game" and press "A" to load the selected Wii game with the Ocarina cheats enabled.
