How to Get to Everything You Need to in the First Part of Epic Mickey

Watch the scene between Mickey and the Mad Doctor until you gain control of Mickey. Walk up to the control panel where Gus is hovering and shake your Wiimote to do Mickey's Spin Attack. Do this twice to destroy the panel.

Walk along the upper platform to the second control panel, where Gus is hovering. Do your Spin Attack twice to smash the control panel and defeat the arm machine.

Jump down to the lower level and enter the hidden room that opens after you defeat the arm machine. Inside, you will find a bronze pin and some extra content to be viewed via the "Extras" option in the game's main menu.

Walk back up the stairs to the upper platform to meet up with Gus and watch another scene. Run down the stairwell until you get to the door with the gears above it. Spray paint at the area between the two gears to create a third one, which opens the door.

Proceed down the stairwell and spray thinner at the door frame to make it disappear, which allows you to pass through the doorway. Spray thinner on the floor where all the rubble is, then spray paint on the same spot once the rubble falls through.

Head up the ramp. Spray your obstacles with paint and thinner as necessary to reach the first gear. Hit it with Mickey's Spin Attack. Jump down from this platform to the left of the gear.

Walk up the ramps while spraying obstacles with paint and thinner to reach the second gear. Attack it to open the gate out of the castle's courtyard. Jump through the projector screen to complete the first level of the game.
