Choose one of the two easiest opponent difficulty levels in order to unlock the silver racket as quickly as possible. The only downfall to this strategy is that playing very easy opponents can become quite tedious. However, you can always increase the difficulty if you begin to grow bored by playing against simple opponents.
Choose the single game option instead of the doubles option when playing in order to increase your skill level. This will give you complete control over the action of the game.
Use power serves to quickly defeat your opponents. Swing your Wii remote quickly right as the ball reaches its apex in order to use a power serve. This technique may take a little time to master, but it is worth it. If done correctly, this will result in a very strong serve that weaker opponents will have serious trouble returning.
Use backhand strokes to return balls hit to your non-dominant side. This will help you immensely when playing tougher opponents. Stand parallel to the TV as though you were actually playing a game of tennis in order to get the most accuracy out of your backhand shots.
Play a few matches per sitting using these techniques, and before long you will reach the pro skill level and unlock the silver racket.
