How to Stop Being Tired in Tree of Tranquility

In the Nintendo Wii game "Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility," your character works hard to build a thriving farm in a friendly, forested community. When you pull weeds or use tools on your farm, your stamina drops, making you tired. You also get tired when you stay up all night instead of going to bed. Being tired reduces your quickness and overall ability to perform work. Several actions restore your stamina and fatigue, allowing you to stay wakeful and productive.

Instructions

    • 1

Look at the meters on the bottom of the screen to see how much stamina you have and how fatigued you are. When the meters are close to empty, go to your house and go to bed. You gain 3 stamina points for every minute you spend sleeping. Sleeping also resets your fatigue level.

Upgrade all of your tools to Gold level. You lose stamina every time you use a tool, but you lose the least amount of stamina when you use gold tools. Visit the blacksmith's shop to upgrade tools like the sickle, axe and hammer.

    • 3

Eat food to increase stamina when you are in the field or visiting town. Almost all foods restore your stamina, but avoid eating mushrooms. Eating mushrooms makes you more fatigued.

    • 4

Take a dip in the Hot Springs, located in the Caramel River District. The Hot Springs fully restore your stamina, but you can only use them once per day.

    • 5

Eat a Power Berry to raise your stamina by 100 points. Five Power Berries are hidden in the game. Find one on the 30th floor of Small Mine. You also get a Power Berry for using a Level 3 fishing pole and raising a perfect farm animal.

Eat herbs or drink fruit and vegetable juices to restore your fatigue. Special items, like the Super Stay Awake, help keep you alert for the longest period of time.
