How to Defeat MetaKnight in Kirby's Epic Yarn

"Kirby's Epic Yarn" is an adventure platform game for the Nintendo Wii video gaming console. It is the 10th game in the Kirby video game series. Players in the game control Kirby as they collect and restore the seven pieces of Patch Land. Meta Knight, Kirby's nemesis throughout the game series, guards the seventh and final piece of magic yarn in Space Land. Players must defeat Meta Knight in order to restore Patch Land and beat the game.

Instructions

- 1
  Reach the end of Space Land to confront Meta Knight. Meta Knight has a yarn sword that allows Yin-Yarn, the villain who is attempting to destroy Patch Land, to control him.

  Avoid Meta Knight's air attacks by staying low on the ground. Meta Knight will fly up above the platforms during the fight and swoop at you. Run to either side of the screen to dodge his attack.

  Jump onto one of the lower platforms and press the "1" button to use Kirby's yarn whip. Use the whip to grab the green yarn attacks Meta Knight throws at Kirby. Kirby will roll the yarn into a ball over his head.

  Press the "1" button again when Meta Knight is near the ground to throw the yarn ball at him, hitting him and causing damage. Collect the power-ups Meta Knight drops after hitting him.

  Hit Meta Knight five times with the green yarn balls and his sword will turn purple. Avoid his diving sword attacks and continue to use the whip to grab the smaller purple flying yarn attacks, throwing them back at the Meta Knight.

  Run to the far right side of the screen when Meta Knight's sword turns red to avoid his white whirlwind attack. Grab the flying red yarn attack and hit him with it one time to defeat him.
