How to Make a Suggestion to Nintendo

Nintendo is a multinational corporation known for its video games, consoles and characters, particularly the company mascot and game star, Mario, and his sidekick, Luigi. Nintendo recommends sending any game suggestions, comments or other feedback to the company via its online email service. A company representative will respond to your message and advise you of any further action you can take. You can, for example, leave suggestions for game improvements or remark on your gaming experience. Other options are available if you choose not to use the Web contact form.

  Visit the Nintendo website's "General Comments or Questions" feedback form and complete the form, entering your email address, selecting a topic from the drop-down menu and typing a message. Click "Submit" to send your suggestion.

  Write to Nintendo at 4820 150th Avenue Northeast, Redmond, WA 98052. This address is for Nintendo of America, so you may need a different address if you live outside the United States. Write your suggestions in the letter, addressing it to the appropriate department.

  Call Nintendo Customer Service at 800-255-3700 and speak to the customer service representative about leaving a suggestion. You may be advised to contact a particular department, if necessary, and leave your message with them.
