In "Epic Mickey," you help a village of Gremlins reclaim a land full of forgotten Disney characters. Disney characters like Pete and Clarabelle are besieged by the creations of a mad scientist. Luckily, Mickey possesses a magic paint brush that covers his foes with either paint or thinner. Coating a foe with paint turns them into an ally, and spraying them with thinner makes them disappear. To get a better view of your enemies, you can tap a button to lock onto them.

Locate a hostile enemy. Mickey takes out his weapon, the magic paint brush.

Tap the "C" button. The camera locks on to the enemy closest to Mickey.

Aim at the enemy with the Wii Remote. Hold down "Z" while locked on to spray the enemy with thinner, which dissolves them. Quickly tap "Z" to spray paint instead. The enemy turns into your friend and fights other foes in the area.
