Help for the Joker Chapter in Lego Batman

The Joker chapter in "Lego Batman" contains five episodes. The most difficult aspect of each episode is the boss fight at the end. In these episodes, you will face The Mad Hatter, Harley, Scarecrow, Killer Moth and The Joker. The levels are set up in a very linear fashion, which makes getting to the end quite straightforward. Defeating each boss requires specific tactics that require some trial and error.
  1. The Mad Hatter

    • Mad Hatter is arguably the trickiest of the five villains. To start, punch Mad Hatter by pressing the "B" button on the Wii Mote until he retreats to the unreachable place above the pool of green toxin. Walk up the magnetic ramp to the right of the pool and move onto the catwalk to cause it to fall. Run up the ramp created by the fallen catwalk and have both characters jump on the red switch to open the trap door beneath Mad Hatters feet, sending him plummeting into the toxic pool. Switch characters by pressing the "C" button on the Wii Mote each time he starts to mind control the character you're controlling. Run up to him with the free character and punch him by pressing the "B" button. Attack him until he retreats to higher ground again. Assemble the Lego pieces at the right of the toxic pool by pressing and holding the "A" button to create an elevator. Ride the elevator to the top and have both characters jump on the red button at the top to plummet Mad Hatter into the toxic pool for the final time.

    Harley

    • Harley is one of the easiest and most straightforward boss battles of the five. Harley requires endurance and patience. She is an incredible acrobat and will out run you every time you get close enough for a punch. The trick with Harley is to continue to run at her without trying to attack her, but keep her moving instead. Eventually, Harley will tire out and give you a chance to land a few punches. After a few hits, she'll retreat to high ground and send out lackeys to fight you in her stead. Defeat all the lackeys and she will come back down to fight. Repeat the same tactic and tire her out again. Once she's tired out, deliver the final blow.

    Scarecrow

    • Scarecrow is another boss that's fairly straightforward. Fly the Batwing close to the missile dispenser to equip it with missiles. Press the "C" button on the Wii Mote to switch to the Batcopter. Fire the Batcopter's tow cable by pressing the "B" button at Scarecrow to keep Scarecrow still. Switch back to the Batwing by pressing "C" and fire the missiles at Scarecrow by pressing "B." Repeat this process until you defeat Scarecrow -- pick up missiles, fire the tow cable and fire the missiles.

    The Killer Moth

    • The Killer Moth is tricky in that actually physically punching him won't defeat it. After a few punches Killer Moth flies to an unreachable height making it seem as though defeating it is impossible. Equip the technology suit found behind the left gate. Search the room for Lego parts for the currently inoperative turbines. Using the parts, repair the left turbine. Press "B" at the operating panel when the lights begin to flash. Starting the turbine will cause a chain reaction that brings Killer Moth down. Attack until it flies back to safety. Search the room for more turbine pieces and use them to repair the right turbine. A door will open to the right. Pass through the door and pull the lever inside. Killer Moth will fall down again. Attack him once more to finish him off.

    Joker

    • The Joker is definitely one of the most challenging enemies of the five. The character is hiding with Harley on an reachable platform by a large bell. Assemble the Lego blocks to the right of the platform by pressing and holding "A" to build an anvil. Press the "B" button to grapple to the anvil and reach a large red button. Jump on the button and the bell will sound, knocking Harley off the platform. Jump back down to ground level and push the box to the left of the platform against the wall. Walk up the magnetic wall near the box and jump onto it when you've reached a sufficient height. From the box you can reach another red button, jump on it to sound the bell and Joker will fall off the platform. Joker will get on a helicopter and start flying around the room. Assemble the Lego pieces in the center of the room to create a water gun. Press "B" to fire the water gun. Aim it at Joker to send him crashing to his doom.
