How to Defeat Hook Outright on Epic Mickey

Smashing Hook

  Go over to Captain Hook's ship. A lifeboat appears on one side. Hit the gear on the ship to lower the lifeboat.

  Paint a second lifeboat in the empty spot on the side of the ship. Jump on the new lifeboat; you can now reach the deck of the ship. A cutscene will play between Mickey and Captain Hook.

  Attack the barrel with paint thinner. Stay as far away from Captain Hook as possible because the sword damage can quickly kill Mickey.

  Hit Captain Hook with an attack once you've destroyed the barrel. His body will roll around the ship and smash into objects.

• 5

  Repeat your attack whenever Captain Hook regains his composure. After the third hit, he will be destroyed and the battle will end.

Feeding Hook

• 6

  Jump on the lifeboat, paint a new lifeboat and come aboard Captain Hook's ship.

  Attack the barrel with thinner until it disappears.

• 8

  Move as far away from Captain Hook as possible. When you have room to run, head to the left side of the ship.

• 9

  Perform a spin attack when Captain Hook draws near. As he spins, create the plank that hangs over the ship with the paintbrush.

  Jump out of the way from thinner and bomb attacks. Attack with a spin to send him toward the plank. When he nears it, throw thinner to make him fall off the plank and directly into the crocodile's mouth below.
